WARRANTY RETURNS
Any product returned for warranty work or replacement that Upon testing is found to be in working order will be subject to a $10.00 testing fee plus the Shipping cost to return the unit.
EVALUATION UNIT RETURNS

Evaluation Units must be returned in original packaging, with all of the contents including but not limited to Manuals, Disks, Cables, Filters, and Power Supplies. Failure to return a complete unit will result in a restocking fee.
